F.N.C.A.S. - Friends Of Northumberland County Animal Shelter

The Friends of the Northumberland County Animal Shelter (FNCAS) is a public nonprofit, all volunteer organization dedicated to the support of the Northumberland County Animal Shelter.  With the FNCAS partnership, the Shelter has exceeded industry standards as a “no-kill” shelter with a 2018 live release rate of 93%.

Beds are purchased by donors for the shelter. ShelterBeds are shipped directly to the shelter. Beds provide a comfortable resting place for shelter pets.
