Full product credit in the amount of the purchase price is issued for returns / exchanges of product in the original packaging, within 60 days.

Credit is issued in the form of store credit for the receiving shelter or rescue. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the product recipient but we can facilitate a return label and deduct the shipping cost from the credit to make the return / exchange quick and easy.
A $10 restocking fee, per item, will be deducted from the credit that is provided for the exchange or return of product that is not in new, unused condition.
Kitted parts (frames, corners, etc.) must be in original packaging for full credit to be issued.
