The EMCSPCA is a non-profit, 501-c3 organization and is supported through private contributions. All work is done by volunteers who are dedicated to improving the lives of local animals. We have no paid employees, therefore your donations go directly to programs that care for the animals, such as our spay/neuter assistance program and our feral cat trap-neuter-return program.
