Stray Acres Sanctuary and Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 non profit corporation in Bertram, TX. We became official in December of 2012, but the idea has been a lifelong goal. Our mission is to provide safe haven for stray animals, animals in high kill shelters and animals on death row, regardless of breed, sex, or species. We also promote the spay or neutering of companion animals, to help prevent overpopulation. We believe in the practice of Trap, Neuter, Release, (TRN) of feral cats. and strive to educate the public on the benefits of these practices.
