It is SPOT’s belief homeless animals deserve a better life. No animal should be abused, neglected or abandoned, spending its existence in fear, pain and hunger, but instead, should be able to live a life filled with love and compassion. To achieve our belief, it is our mission to reunite lost pets with their guardians, to assist homeless pets find caring homes, to provide information to enhance the relationships between people and animals, and to support the Tehama County Animal Care center in all its endeavors.
