Ruff Dog Rescue Northeast, located in Thompson, PA, is a group of friends and long time rescuers, working together over the years. We have seen both the good & bad in rescue and have made our mission to focus on doing quality rescue that puts our dogs first.  We pull dogs and puppies from high intake pounds in GA, we rescue dogs at-risk in the NYC municipal shelter and we take in local owner surrenders as space and resources permit.  Quality rest reduces stress in adoptable pets. When pets sleep better, they are healthier and happier, which makes them more adoptable. Your contribution is critical to our efforts.
