Denham Springs Animal Shelter is the only no-kill municipal shelter in Louisiana. We have a no-kill policy on healthy adoptable cats and dogs. We also serve as The City of Denham Springs animal control for stray cats and dogs within the city limits of Denham Springs. Our goal is to reunite lost pets to their families. The cats and dogs that cannot be reunited with their families, are spayed or neutered, given age appropriate vaccines and placed up for adoption.
