The Hotel for Homeless Dogs is a 501c3 organization founded in 2013 and is powered by the New England Humane Society.
The Hotel is an animal care facility and adoption center located in Cumberland, Rhode Island. In addition to our facility, we have foster homes located throughout New England. We are a group of dedicated animal lovers who rescue animals from euthanasia at overcrowded county shelters and pounds, as well as abandoned animals, litters found in fields, inhumane situations and other homeless animals in need. Our goal is to care for these rescues until they find their forever homes. We are also committed to educating the public about responsible pet care. The animals in our care are fully vetted and spayed or neutered. They are treated regardless of age, breed, or medical cost. The Hotel receives no state funding or government assistance. We survive by the donations of caring people, fund raising and adoption fees.
