ACARF (Allen County Animal Rescue Facility) is a 501c3 non-profit no-kill animal shelter/rescue in rural La Harpe, Kansas. ACARF operates primarily through donations; we do not receive funding from any federal, state, county, or city government.  Quality rest reduces stress in adoptable pets. When pets sleep better, they are healthier and happier, which makes them more adoptable. Your contribution is critical to our efforts.
