Shelbyville-Bedford County Humane Association (SBCHA) is a nonprofit organization run by a volunteer staff, and funded entirely by donations, grants, and fundraisers. We have a small shelter located in Shelbyville, TN, but we utilize foster homes for the majority of the animals within our program.
